We want you to be happy with your subscription. If you’re not, here’s how refunds work.
1. 14-day refund window
If you’re within 14 days of your initial charge — the first payment after a free trial, or your first payment if there was no trial — email [email protected] and we’ll issue a full refund. No reason required.
2. After 14 days
We don’t issue refunds for renewal charges after the initial 14-day window. If you no longer want the Service, you can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again.
3. Cancellation vs. refund
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues through the end of your current paid period.
- Refund returns money already paid. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account. We’ll process within 3 business days.
5. Founder Grant exception
Members of the Founder Grant (first 25 subscribers, lifetime free) are not charged for the Service, so no refund applies.
6. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge through your card issuer without first contacting us, we may suspend your account pending resolution. We’d much rather just refund you — please email us first.
