15CARTS (“we,” “us,” or “the Service”) is operated by an individual based in Illinois, USA. The Service provides comparison and ranking of publicly available pricing data from licensed Michigan cannabis dispensaries. Contact us at [email protected].
2. Acceptance
By accessing 15carts.com or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms; we’ll post a new “Last updated” date, and for material changes affecting paid subscribers we’ll provide at least 30 days notice via the email on file before the change takes effect.
3. Age requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to use the Service. By confirming your age at the entry gate or by creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older.
4. The Service
We aggregate publicly available pricing data from licensed Michigan dispensaries’ own public online menus and present comparison rankings. We do NOT sell, ship, fulfill, or take orders for any cannabis, CBD, THC, or related product. Every purchase link routes to the dispensary’s own ordering page. Pricing, inventory, and product details may be inaccurate or out of date; verify on the dispensary’s own menu before purchase.
5. Accounts
Access to certain features (paid-subscriber rows, future alerts) requires an account. We authenticate accounts via email magic-link; we do not store passwords. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. One account per person.
6. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled.
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the current paid period.
- A payment method is required at signup. If you elect a free trial, the payment method on file will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.
- Payments are processed by a third-party processor (e.g. LemonSqueezy, Paddle, or Stripe). We do not store or transmit card numbers ourselves.
7. Pricing changes
We may change subscription pricing. For existing subscribers, we’ll provide at least 30 days notice via the email on file before any price change takes effect on your next renewal. If you don’t agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
8. Founder Grant — first 25 subscribers
The first twenty-five (25) individuals to create a paid-tier account, in order of account creation, will receive lifetime free access to all paid-tier features (the “Founder Grant”). “Lifetime,” for the purposes of the Founder Grant, means for as long as the Service operates in substantially its current form.
The Founder Grant survives any sale, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Service or its operating entity. Any successor, acquirer, or assignee is bound by these Terms to honor existing Founder Grants on at-least-equivalent terms, and any agreement of sale shall include explicit assumption of this obligation.
The Founder Grant is non-transferable and non-monetizable, and may be revoked only for material breach of these Terms (including fraud, abuse, or violation of Acceptable Use).
9. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. In short: 14 days from your initial charge, full refund on request; no refunds outside that window. The Founder Grant carries no charge and so no refund applies.
10. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any purpose unlawful in Illinois, Michigan, or your jurisdiction.
- Resell, redistribute, or systematically copy data from the Service except via our public API at /api in compliance with reasonable use.
- Bypass authentication, extract paid-tier content via automation, or use automated tools beyond reasonable human browsing.
- Use the Service to facilitate the procurement of cannabis or related products outside of jurisdictions where the linked dispensaries are licensed to operate.
11. Intellectual property
The pricing and product data displayed on the Service originates from each dispensary’s own public online menu. The Service’s compilation, ranking, presentation, editorial content (around-town listings, FAQ, brand assets), and the “15CARTS” name, logo, and visual identity are protected. You may not use any of the foregoing without our prior written permission.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty that pricing, inventory, hours, or any other displayed data is accurate, complete, or current. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claims arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or regulation.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for material breach of these Terms, for fraud or abuse, or in response to a credible legal request. On termination, your right to access the Service ends; the provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Eligible claims may also be brought in small-claims court.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes affecting paid subscribers, we’ll provide at least 30 days notice via the email on file before the change takes effect.
